1. SOCIAL WORKER
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos. (UR) (Nutrition Rehabilitation Center (NRC))
Educational Qualification: i) Graduate degree (B.A/ B.Sc/ B.Com) from any recognized University.
ii) One year diploma in Computer Application from any reputed organization.
Age Limit: Minimum 20 years and maximum 40 years as on 01/01/2020.
Consolidated Pay: Rs.13560 per month
2. SAHAYIKA
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos. (SC) (Nutrition Rehabilitation Center (NRC))
Educational Qualification: i) Higher Secondary or equivalent passed.
ii) Must know all types of cooking.
iii) Should be a Female candidate.
iv) Local candidate preferably within 5km of DH, Alipurduar (Residential Certificate) from Chairman, Alipurduar Municipality or SDO, Alipurduar or BDO of respective block.
v) Good command over local language.

3. STAFF NURSE

Educational Qualification: i) Should have completed B.Sc or GNM Course from recognized Institution.

iii) Must be permanent resident of the district.

4. FACILITY LEVEL QUALITY MANAGER

Educational Qualification: i) MBBS/ Dental/ AYUSH/ Nursing/ Life Science/ Social Science Graduate with Masters in Hospital Administration/ Health Management.
ii) Fluency in English, Computer Literacy, knowledge of govt. legislations and policies are essential.
iii) Candidates must have good communication skills both written and verbal.
Experience: i) One year experience in Public Health/ Hospital Administration.
ii) Candidates with experience in Healthcare Quality/ Formal quality of a quality system would be preferred.

5. PHYSIOTHERAPIST

10. MULTI REHABILITATION WORKER

Educational Qualification: i) 10+2 or equivalent qualification.
ii) One and half year certificate course of Multi Rehabilitation Worker from recognized Institute/ BPT/ MPT.
iii) Registered as Rehabilitation Personnel under Rehabilitation Council of India.
Desirable: At least 01 year experience of working in a Hospital.
