Office of the Chief Medical Officer of Health (CMOH) of Uttar Dinajpur and Purulia district is inviting application from the eligible candidates for the post of “Para-Medical Worker (PMW)” on contractual basis under National Leprosy Eradication Programme (NLEP). PARA MEDICAL WORKER
Educational Qualification: Higher Secondary or Equivalent with PMW Training Certificate and working knowledge of Computer.
OR
MSW / B.Sc with 03 years of experience in the field of Health.
Desirable — Experience in Leprosy activities is desirable.
Age: Below 40 years. Upper age relaxation for SC/ST/OBC is as per Govt. norms.
Consolidated Pay: Rs.16000/- per month.

Total vacancies—23 Nos. (Gen—12; SC—2; ST—1; OBC-A—2; OBC-B—2), i.e. one post in each 20 Blocks of Purulia and 03 Municipalities (namely Purulia, Raghunathpur and Jhalda)
FOR UTTAR DINAJPUR.
Total vacancies—09 Nos. (One post in each following Block — Raiganj, Hemtabad, Kaiyaganj, Kaliyaganj Municipality, Chopra, Islampur, Karandighi, Goalpokhar-II/ Chakulia, Goalpokhar-I/ Lodhan).
