PARLIAMENT OF INDIA – JOINT RECRUITMENT CELL INVITES APPLICATION FOR 45 STENOGRAPHER AND STAFF CAR DRIVER. LAST DATE—10/11/2014 (17.11.2014 FOR FAR FLUNG AREAS)
1. Stenographer (English/Hindi): 41 Nos. (SC-7; ST-4; OBC-5 & Gen-25)
Educational Qualification: Degree in any discipline with knowledge of shorthand @ 80wpm in English/Hindi.
Desirable: Certificate in computer course from recognized Institute.
Pay Scale: Rs.9300/- to Rs.34800/- and Grade Pay Rs.4200/- per month.
2. Staff Car Driver (Ordinary Grade): 4 Nos. (OBC-1 & Gen-3)
Educational Qualification: 10th/Matriculation pass. Candidates should posses a valid commercial LMV/HMV license and shall have experience in driving motor vehicles.
Pay Scale: Rs.5200/- to Rs.20200/- and Grade Pay Rs.2400/-
Age Limit (for both posts): Maximum 27 years. The upper age limit is relaxation for SC/ST-5 yrs , OBC-3 yrs and Ex-Serviceman and others as per Govt. norms.
Mode of Selection: Selection of the candidates will be through preliminary examination, written test, skill/trade test and interview. Exact date, time and venue will be intimated in due course.
