Paschim Banga Gramin Bank is inviting online application form for the post of Officer in Middle Management Grade (Scale II), Officer in Junior Management (Scale I) Cadre and Office Assistant (Multipurpose). Total numbers of vacancies — 129 Nos. Candidates who have appeared and qualified the CWE conducted by IBPS in Sept/Oct, 2013 were eligible to apply. 1. Officer Scale-II (Treasury Officer):1 Nos. (Gen-1)
2. Officer Scale-II (Law Officer): 1 Nos. (Gen-1)
3. Officer Scale-II (Agriculture Officer): 5 Nos. (Sc-1; OBC-1 & Gen-3)
4. Officer Scale-II (IT Officer): 3 Nos. (Sc-1; OBC-1 & GEN-1)
5. Officer Scale-II (General Banking): 14 Nos. (Sc-2; ST-2; OBC-4 & Gen-6)

 

2. Junior Management (Scale I)

1. Officer Scale-I: 37 Nos. (SC-7; ST-5; OBC-6 & Gen-19)

 

3. Office Assistant (Multipurpose): 68 Nos. (SC-22; ST-3; OBC-5 & Gen-38)

 

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:

Eligibility Criteria is to be considered as per RRBs CWE-II Advertisement published in Employment News/Rozgar Samachar Issue Dated 6th July – 12th July, 2013 released by IBPS and posted on the IBPS’s website www.ibps.in.
For the post of Officer Scale-I and Office Assistant (Multipurpose) candidates should have profieciency in local language of the state and must have passed “local language” which is Bengali as one of the subjects at Matriculation/Xth Standard.

Essential Requirements: Candidates who have been declared qualified in the RRBs-Common Written Examination conducted by IBPS in September 2013 and have score the Qualifying Standard Score are only eligible to apply. For standard score and TWS please see the officially released advertisement.

 

Pay Scale:
Officer MMG Scale-II: RS.19400/- to Rs.28100/-
Officer, JMG Scale-I: Rs.14500/- to Rs.25700/-
Office Assistants: Rs.7200/- to Rs.19300/-

 

Age Limit (as on 01.07.2013)

1. For Officer Scale- II: Above 21 years – Below 32 years
2. For Officer Scale- I: Above 18 years – Below 28 years
3. For Office Assistant: Between 18 years and 28 years

 

Application Fee: Candidates must pay Rs.100/- and Rs.20/- for SC/ST/PWD/EXSM. Requisite Application Fee may be paid through CBS at any of the Branches of Paschim Banga Gramin Bank, by means of a Payment challan available in the Bank’s website.
Application fee can be also paid by means of Credit/Debit Card or Net banking, during submission of online application.

 

Mode of Selection: Selection will be made on the basis of performance in RRBs- Common Written Examination (CWE) conducted by IBPS in September & October 2013 and Personal Interview.

The Interview will be held at the Head Office, Paschim Banga Gramin Bank, Howrah and the complete address of the venue will be advised in the call letters.
