Education Qualification and Experience:- General Manager (HR & Admin)
- Candidate must have passed MBAS or PG. Degree/ Two years Diploma in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management from a recognized University/ Institution
- Minimum 15 years of experience of executive qualification in a large and reputed organization out of which at least 2 years must be post equivalent.
- Experience in the aviation industry is desirable.
Age Limit – Candidates’ upper age limit should be 50 years according to their posts as per the last date of receipt of the application form.
Salary Grade – E-7 – Rs.1,00,000 – 2,60,000/- (IDA Scale of Pay)
