West Bengal State Health & Family Welfare Samiti, Kolkata, is recruiting personnel for various posts under NHM on contract basis. Posts — Nurse Trainer, Training Co-ordinator, Programme Co-ordinator, District Accounts Manager, Statistical Manager, Programme Co-ordinator, State Finance Manager, District ASHA Facilitator. Total Vacancies—51 Nos. Educational qualification norms and brief details are given below —

RECRUITMENT NOTICE NO. SHFWS/30
1. Nurse Trainer (Sr. Faculty): 3 Nos. (Gen—2; SC—1)
Qualification: M.Sc in Nursing – Obstetrics & Gynaecology as specialization. Minimum 01 year experience in labour room. Preference will be given to those who have experience in Nursing College.
Consolidated Pay: Rs.50000/- per month

2. Nurse Trainer (Jr. Faculty): 3 Nos. (Gen—2; SC—1)
Qualification: B.Sc in Nursing. Preference will be given to those who have experience in Nursing School.
Consolidated Pay: Rs.35,000/- per month

3. Training Co-Ordinator Cum Faculty: 3 Nos. (Gen—2; SC—1)
Qualification: B.Sc in Nursing. Preference will be given to those who have experience in conducting Training in Nursing School.
Consolidated Pay: Rs.35,000/- per month

RECRUITMENT NOTICE NO. SHFWS/31
1. District Programme Co-ordinator: 7 Nos. (Gen—3; SC—2; ST—1; OBC-A—1)
Qualification: Post Graduate in Social Science or MSW/ MBA. Three years experience and proficiency in MS Office is desirable
Consolidated Pay: Rs.24,700/- per month

2. District Accounts Manager: 8 Nos. (Gen—3; SC—2; ST—1; OBC_A—1; OBC_B—1)
Qualification: M.Com/ CA or Cost (Inter). Three years experience in Accounting and Tally Software is desirable.
Consolidated Pay: Rs.22,700/- per month

3. District Statistical Manager: 7 Nos. (Gen—3; SC-2; ST—1; OBC_A—1)
Qualification: BCA/ MCA/ Master’s in Statistics. Three years experience in the field and proficiency in MS Office is desirable.
Consolidated Pay: Rs.22,700/- per month

4. Senior Programme Co-Ordinator: 1 Nos. (Gen)
Qualification: Post Graudate in Social Science or MSW / MBA with 55% marks. Three  or Five years experience in the field and proficiency in MS Office is desirable.
Consolidated Pay: Rs.36,050/- per month

5. State Finance Manager: 1 Nos. (Gen)
Qualification: CA/ CFA with first class B.Com (Hons). Weightage would be for having Master degree in Commerce. Shall have 2yrs post qualification experience in the field of Accounts & Finance especially maintained in Accounting software package
Consolidated Pay: Rs.40,000/- per month

N.B: Candidates willing to apply for the post in serial no. 4 and 5 (under Recruitment Notice SHFWS/31) need not apply only. Such candidates may appear for the Walk-in-Interview. Date and venue will be intimated later.

RECRUITMENT NOTICE NO. SHFWS/32 
1. District ASHA Facilitator: 18 Nos. (One vacancy for each District of West Bengal)
Qualification: Master’s degree in Social Science/ Sociology/ Social Anthropology/ Social Work (MSW)/ Business Administration (MBA)/ Economics/ Rural Development/ Mass Communication with minimum 01 year experience in any health projects OR Graduate in any discipline with minimum 3yrs experience in health projects. Candidates shall have sound knowledge in Computer and MS Office.
Consolidated Pay: Rs.15,000/- per month

N.B: For all above listed vacancies, the essential requirement is – Candidates shall have reading and writing ability in Bengali language.

Age Limit (For all above vacancies): Candidates must not exceed 40 years (minimum 21 years) as on 01.01.2014. Upper age relaxation for SC/ST is 05 years and OBC is 03 years.

Selection of the candidates will be through Written Test, Computer Skill test (wherever applicable) and Interview. For details, see the below given PDF files.

The engagement will be under National Health Mission (NHM) on contract basis.
