Eligibility Criteria for PGCIL Recruitment 2024
Education Qualification:- Company Secretary Professional
- Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).
- At least 01 year in the Company Secretariat of any Listed/ Listed Company (not to be counted as Internship/Training experience).
Experience –
Experience in secretarial matters eg
(i) Drafting of agenda, minutes, official letters, etc.
(ii) Board of Directors/Committee Meetings, General Body Meetings and
(iii) Compliance with statutory requirements under the Companies Act and its other statutory compliances.
Age Limit – Candidates’ upper age limit should be 29 years according to their posts as per the last date of receipt of the application form.
Age Relaxation:
The maximum relaxation in the upper age limit will be as follows
For OBC candidates – 3 years
For SC/ST candidates – 5 years
For PwBD candidates – As per Govt. of India directives
Selection Process for PGCIL Recruitment 2024
PowerGrid’s decision regarding application scrutiny and selection shall be final and binding. Shortlisted candidates will have to qualify for the interview to be considered fit for enlistment for engagement. The qualifying marks in the interview will be given below:
UR/ EWS – 40%,
OBC(NCL)/ SC/ ST/ PwBD – 30%
Candidates will have the option to appear in the personal interview in Hindi or English.
