Candidates have to pay Rs 300/- as application Fees.
SC/ST/PwBD/Ex-SM candidates are exempted from paying the fees.
Selection Process of Junior Technician Trainee (Electrician) Recruitment at PGCIL:
The selection process includes a Computer-Based Written Test, Document Verification, Trade Test, and Pre-Employment Medical Examination. The Written Test consists of two parts: Technical Knowledge (related to ITI – Electrician Trade) and Aptitude Test (covering General English, Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude, and General Awareness). Candidates qualifying with a minimum of 40% for Unreserved/EWS and 30% for Reserved Vacancies proceed to the Trade Test. Successful candidates are called based on specific ratios according to the number of vacancies in each category. The final selection is contingent on the candidate’s performance in these stages and the Pre-Employment Medical Examination.
