1. PHARMACIST (ENTRY GRADE) (ALLOPATHY)
No. of Vacancies: 07 Nos. (UR-04, SC-01, ST-01, OBC-01) (03 posts in Siliguri and 01 post in Jalpaiguri CGHS Wellness Centre and 03 posts in Kolkata)
Educational Qualification: i) 12th class pass with Science subjects (Physics, Chemistry and Biology) or equivalent from a recognized Board or University.
ii) Diploma in Pharmacy from recognized Institution and registered as Pharmacist.
iii) Two years’ experience as Pharmacist in any recognized Hospital or Pharmacy after duly registered as Pharmacist.
OR
i) Bachelor Degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm.) from recognized University or equivalent.
ii) Registered as Pharmacist.
Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and maximum 25 years as on 04/02/2020.
Pay Scale: Rs.29200 — Rs.92300
2. NURSING OFFICER
No. of Vacancies: 02 Nos. (UR-01, SC-01) (01 post each in Siliguri and Jalpaiguri Wellness Centre)
Educational Qualification: i) (a) B.Sc (Hon.) in Nursing from a recognized University or Institute.
OR
Regular course in B.Sc Nursing from a recognized University or Institute.
OR
Post Basic B.Sc Nursing from a recognized University or Institute.
(b) Registered as a Nurse or Nurse and Mid-wife (Registered Nurse or Registered Nurse and Registered Mid-wife) with State Nursing Council.
OR
ii) (a) Diploma in General Nursing Mid-wifery from a recognized Board or Council.
(b) Registered as a Nurse or Nurse and Mid-wife (Registered Nurse or Registered Nurse and Registered Mid-wife) from State Nursing Council.
(c) One year post qualification experience in minimum 50 bedded hospital.
Age Limit: Maximum 30 years as on 04/02/2020.
Pay Scale: Rs.44900 — Rs.142400
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable as per Govt. norms.
