PHARMACIST GRADE-III/ PHARMACIST-CUM-SALESMAN GRADE-III
No. of Vacancies: 200 Nos. (OBC-A: 19; OBC-B: 13; SC-44; ST-13; Sportsperson- 6; PWD-2)
Educational Qualification: Higher Secondary (10+2) passed from recognised board with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics / Biology and a two year Diploma Course in Pharmacy. Candidates must have registered as ‘A’ category Pharmacist under West Bengal Pharmacy Council.
NOTE- Candidates must have ability to Read, Write and Speak in Bengali (Not required in case of candidates whose mother tongue is Nepali)
Age Limit: Maximum 39 years
Pay Scale: Rs.7100 — Rs.37600
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST, 03 years for OBC and 10 years for PWD category. Ex-Serviceman & Others, if any — As per Govt. norms.
SC/ST and OBC candidates belonging to state other than West Bengal will be treated as General candidates and no upper age limit and fee relaxation will be applicable to those candidates.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of the candidates will be through Interview but if number of candates applying for the vacancies is large then the commission may hold Preliminary Screening Test (PST)
