HIMACHAL PRADESH POLICE IS INVITING APPLICATION FOR 92 POSTS OF POLICE CONSTABLES. LAST DATE — 30/09/2019

 

POLICE CONSTABLE

No. of Vacancies: 92 Nos. (Gen-43, SC-20, ST-04, OBC-16, EWS-09)

 

Educational Qualification: Matriculation (10th) with Engineering Diploma Course of three years duration in Computer Science and/ or Electronic and Telecommunication and/ or Information Technology from a recognized Board/ Institute.

 

Age Limit: Minimum 20 years and maximum 25 years (28 years for Home Guard) as on 01/09/2019.

 

Pay Scale: Rs.5910-20200/- plus Grade Pay Rs.1900/-

 

The vacancies are in the Directorate of Police Communication & Technical Services, Himachal Pradesh Police for the year 2019.

Note: Candidate must have valid registration in any of the Employment Exchange of Himachal Pradesh as on 30/09/2019.

 

Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 02 years for SC/ST/OBC category. Ex-Serviceman & Others, if any — As per Govt. norms.

 

Physical Standards: The candidates must possess the Physical Standards as mentioned in the Official Advt. For details please see the Official Advt.

 

Candidates’ Selection: Selection of candidates will be through Physical Standard Test, Physical Efficiency Test, Written Test, Personality Test and Medical Examination. The recruitment tests will be held at Shimla only.

Application Fee: Candidates must pay Rs.140/- (Rs.35/- for SC/ST/OBC/BPL/EWS) as Application Fee. Fee can be paid through Bank Draft/ Indian Postal Order drawn in favour of Superintendent of Police, Comminication & Technical Services, Himachal Pradesh Police, Shimla- 171002.
