1. POST GRADUATE TEACHER

iv) English- 98 posts

vi) Maths- 72 posts
vii) Physics- 51 posts
viii) Sanskrit- 10 posts
ix) Geography- 35 posts
x) Punjabi- 01 post
Educational Qualification: i) Master’s Degree in the subject concerned from any recognized University.
ii) Degree/ Diploma in training/ Education.
iii) Degree/ Diploma in training/ Education is not required in the case of candidates:-
(a) Having obtained Ph.D Degree in the subject concerned from a recognized University/ Institution.
OR
(b) Having obtained First Division in Higher Secondary, Degree and Post Graduate Examination with the Mandatory condition that the candidate will acquire the B.Ed./ B.T. qualification within a period not exceeding 03 years from the date of his joining the service.
Desirable: Three years experience of teaching in a College/ Higher Secondary School/ High School in the subject concerned.
Age Limit: Below 36 years as on 13/02/2020.
Pay Scale: Rs.9300 — Rs.34800
2. EDUCATIONAL AND VOCATIONAL GUIDANCE COUNSELOR
No. of Vacancies: 316 Nos.
Educational Qualification: i) Master’s Degree in Psychology from a recognized University or institution.
ii) Diploma in Guidance and Counseling from a recognized University or Institution.
Desirable: One year experience in Guidance and Counseling in a Central or State or UT Government Institution/ Public Sector Undertaking.
Age Limit: Maximum 30 years as on 13/02/2020.
Pay Scale: Rs.9300 — Rs.34800
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST, 03 years for OBC and 10 years for PWD category. Ex-Serviceman & Others, if any — As per Govt. norms.
The vacancies are under Directorate of Education of Government of NCT of Delhi.
Reserved Category candidates from the states other than Delhi will be treated as General Category candidates.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of candidates will be through One Tier and Two Tier Examination scheme and Skill Test wherever applicable. The centers for holding the examination will be in Delhi/ NCR only.
