Watershed Cell cum Data Centre (Office of District Magistrate & District Collector, Purulia), Govt. of West Bengal, is inviting Application for 58 Nos. vacant posts of – Technical Expert, Accountant, Accounts Assistant, Data Entry Operator, Watershed Development Team Member for implantation of its project in Purulia District. The engagement is on temporary basis. Eligibility norms and criteria in brief is given below—
1. Technical Expert: 2 Nos.
Qualification: Bachelor Degree in discipline of Agriculture/ Horticulture/ Hydrological/ Soil Engineering/ Animal Husbandry, with minimum 55% of marks in aggregate.
Candidates must have atleast 5yrs of experience in relevant field.
Emoluments: Rs.20000/- per month.
2. Accountant: 1 Nos.
Qualification: B.Com (Hons.) with 55% marks and Computer certificate course of minimum 6 months duration.
Emoluments: Rs.10000/-
3. Accounts Assistant: 1 Nos.
Qualification: B.Com with 55% marks and Computer certificate course of minimum 6 months duration.
Emoluments: Rs.8000/- per month.
4. Data Entry Operator: 2 Nos.
Qualification: 10+2 or equivalent with 55% marks and One year of certificate course in Computer Application.
Emoluments: 7500/- per month.
5. Watershed Development Team Member: 52 Nos. (4 Team Member for one Watershed Dev. Team)
There will be total 13 projects in different blocks of Purulia and in each block there will be 4 members who will work as Development Team. For lists of Blocks, refer the Advt. (link given below).
Qualification: 10+2 with Vocational course/ Diploma/ Degree in Agriculture, Social Science, Water Management, Social Mobilization, Institutional Building from a recognised institution.
Residential address of the candidates should be within the watershed project area.
Candidates must have atleast one year of certificate course in computer application.
Emoluments: Rs.10000/- per month.
Selection of the candidates will be through Written Examination. Admit card will be available on the official website of Purulia weeks before the date of examination.
Written examination will be on dated – 16th September 2012.
