POWERGRID INVITES ONLINE APPLICATION FOR 35 POSTS OF ENGINEER. LAST DATE — 16/09/2015
1. Engineer: 35 Nos. (UR-19, OBC-9, SC-5; ST-2)
Educational Qualification: M. Tech./ MS/ ME / M.Sc (Engg)/ IDD (Integrated Dual Degree) in Power System or equivalent .
Candidates should have minimum 65% marks or equivalent CGPA in B.Tech/ BE/ BSc(Engg)/ IDD/ AMIE.
Final Year candidates who are completing their M.Tech/ IDD degree in the academic year 2014-15 are also eligible to apply for the post.
Age Limit: Maximum 28yrs as on 31/05/2015
Pay Scale: Rs.24900 – Rs.50500/- plus other allowances as per norms.
Upper Age Relaxation: OBC-03 years, SC/ST-05 years, PWD and Others – As per Govt. norms
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of the candidates will be through Interview. Candidates will be shortlisted for Interview on basis of their academic background.

Upon successful submission of online application form, the system generated Registration Slip will with unique Registration Number appear on the computer screen. Candidates must print-out it and should retain it safely for future correspondence.
Candidates can deposit the fees at any branch of State Bank of India after two bank working days of generation of challan. On depositing the fees, candidates are required to retain a copy of the challan/ bank receiving for future reference. DO NOT SEND ANY PRINT-OUT/DOCUMENTS TO POWERGRID AT THIS STAGE.
