Qualification: Degree with first class MBA, Specialization in Personnel Management or Human Resources or Industrial Relation or Marketing Management or Supply Chain Management.

2. Management Trainee (Accounts): 19 Nos. (Gen—10; SC—3; ST—1; OBC—5)
Qualification: Degree with first classs MBA in Finance OR A pass in final examination of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India or Institute of Cost & Works Accountants of India OR Pass in Associate Company Secretary
Consolidated Pay: Rs.39408
Age: maximum 28yrs.
3. Management Trainee (Technical): 10 Nos. (Gen—6; SC—1; ST—1; OBC—2)
Qualification: First class Post Graduate degree in Agriculture with Entomology or Microbiology or Bio-Chemistry OR First class Post Graduate degree in Bio Chemistry OR Zoology with Entomology. Preference will be given to those who also possess Post Graduate Diploma in Warehousing and Cold chain Management/ Quality Management

Age: maximum 28yrs.
4. Accountant: 2 Nos. (Gen—1; ST—1)
Qualification: B.Com or BA (Commerce) or Chartered Accountant or Costs and Works Accountants or SAS Accountants of the Indian Audit and Accounts Department with about three years experience in maintaining and auditing of Accounts in Industrial / Commercial/ Departmental Undertaking.
Basic Pay: Rs.31373 plus other allowances as per norms.
Age: 30yrs.
5. Jr. Technical Assistant: 112 Nos. (Gen—51; SC—16; ST—10; OBC—35)
Qualification: Degree in Agriculture or a degree with Zoology, Chemistry or Bio-Chemistry as one of the subjects.
Basic Pay: Rs.20086 plus other allowances as per norms.
Age: 28yrs.
Upper age relaxation: The upper age limit indicated above is for candidates belonging to General Category. The upper age limit will be relaxable by 3 years for OBC candidates, 5 years for SC/ST and PWD candidates. For other categories, if any, and States – as per norms.
