1. SENIOR ENGINEER (CIVIL)
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos. (SC)
Educational Qualification: Full time B.E./ B.Tech/ AMIE in Civil Engineering with First class (Pass class for ST/PWD candidates) from recognized University/ Institute.
Experience: Minimum 04 years post qualification experience.
Age Limit: Maximum 32 years as on 01.09.2018.
Pay Scale: Rs. 50,000-1,60,000/-
2. SENIOR ENGINEER
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos. (OBC)
Educational Qualification: Full time B.E./ B.Tech/ AMIE in Electrical Engineering/ Electrical & Electronics Engineering with First class (Pass class for ST/PWD candidates) from recognized University/ Institute.
Age Limit: Maximum 32 years as on 01.09.2018.
Pay Scale: Rs. 50,000-1,60,000/-
3. SENIOR ENGINEER
No. of Vacancies: 03 Nos. (Gen-02, SC-01)
Educational Qualification: Full time B.E./ B.Tech/ AMIE in Mechanical Engineering with First class (Pass class for ST/PWD candidates) from recognized University/ Institute.
Age Limit: Maximum 32 years as on 01.09.2018.
Pay Scale: Rs. 50,000-1,60,000/-
4. PROBATIONARY OFFICER (HR)
No. of Vacancies: 03 Nos. (Gen-01, SC-01, OBC-01 (Ghaziabad Unit-02 & Navi Mumbai Unit-01))
Educational Qualification: i) Graduate Degree and two years full time MSW/ MBA (with specialization in HRM/ Personnel Management and Industrial Relations) / Postgraduate Degree / Postgraduate Diploma (02 years fulltime) in HRM / Personnel Management and Industrial Relations with specialization in HR with First class (Pass class for SC/ST/PWD candidates) from recognized University/ Institute.
ii) Knowledge of internet/ web browsing/ MS Office is essential.
Age Limit: Maximum 25 years as on 01.09.2018.
Pay Scale: Rs. 40,000-1,40,000/-
5. DEPUTY GENERAL MANAGER (DGM)
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos.
Educational Qualification: i) Full time B.Sc from recognized colleges or equivalent from defence forces with First class (Pass class for ST/PWD candidates).
ii) Should be a retired officer from Indian Army in the rank of Colonel or Lt. Col (with 04 years seniority in Lt. Col. Rank).
Ex-Servicemen are only eligible to apply.
Experience: Minimum 15 years of post qualification experience.
Desirable: MBA or Diploma in Defence Studies/ Weapon Systems.
Age Limit: Maximum 50 years as on 01.09.2018.
Pay Scale: Rs. 80,000-2,20,000/-
The vacancies are for Ghaziabad Unit and Navi Mumbai Unit. The post of Probationary Officer (HR) and Deputy General Manager (DGM) are on Permanent basis except of the post of Senior Engineer, which is on Fixed Term basis for a period of five (05) years.
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST, 03 years for OBC and 10 years for PWD category. Ex-Serviceman & Others, if any — As per Govt. norms.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of candidates will be through Written Test and Interview. The written test will be held tentatively on 21.09.2018 & 22.09.2018.
