Central government Enterprise—Allahabad Bank is recruiting 1500 Boys and Girls for the post of Probationary Officers. Any Graduate pass candidates with total 55% Marks or 50% in case of SC/ST and PH candidates, can apply for the post. Should have Diploma course in Computer Operation.
Age should be between 21 years to 30 years as on 1-1-2011. Age relaxation for the OBC-3yrs, SC/ST-5 yrs, PH candidates-10yrs. Ex-Serviceman and Legally divorcee women who have not re-married will receive age relaxation as per govt. norms.
Pay scale per month will be Rs.14500-27700. Total vacant post is 1500 Nos. 2 years Probation in beginning and jobs will be in J.M.G.-I Grade/Scale.
For candidates selection the first written test will be held on 17th April at respective centers.
The questions paper for the written test will be Objective Type on following topics— (1) Test of Reasoning Ability, (2) Test of Quantitative Aptitude, (3) Test of English Language, (4) Computer Knowledge, (5) General Awareness (Banking skill), if selected will be called for Interview.

Candidates willing to apply Online should have their own valid e-mail ID and should deposit Application fee of Rs.400 (If SC/ST and PH- Rs.50) through any branch of Allahabad Bank. Candidates can download “Payment Receipt” from the Bank’s website; with this payment receipt only deposit of fee can be made. Amount should be deposited in the following CBS Account No.: 5000000000.
After making the fee deposition, candidates can revisited the Bank’s website and then complete the fill-up of the Application form. After submitting the Application form a system generated On-Line Application Form will pop-out which candidates will have to make a print-out copy on A4 size paper.
The print-out application form can be kept carefully with the candidates; there is no need to send anything through post. All the original and attested copies of the documents will be verified during Interview.
