1. PROFESSOR
No. of Vacancies: 03 Nos. (UR-01, OBC-01, PwBD-01)
Educational Qualification: Good academic record with a Doctorate degree and published work of high standard.
Experience: i) About 10 years research experience with publication of commendable merit in the frontier areas of Biological/ Chemical/ Physical Sciences.
ii) Proven ability in guiding research.
Desirable: i) Ability in developmental and organizational work.
ii) Experience in the frontier areas of Biological/ Chemical/ Physical Sciences.
Age Limit: Below 45 years as on 29/02/2020.
Pay Scale: Rs.37400 — Rs.67000
2. ASSOCIATE PROFESSOR
No. of Vacancies: 05 Nos. (UR-03, OBC-02)
Educational Qualification: Good academic record with a Doctorate degree and published work of high standard..
Experience: i) About 08 years research experience with publication of commendable merit in the frontier areas of Biological/ Chemical/ Physical Sciences.
ii) Proven ability in guiding research.
Desirable: Experience in-
i) Developmental work.
ii) Frontier areas of Biological/ Chemical/ Physical Sciences.
Age Limit: Below 40 years as on 29/02/2020.
Pay Scale: Rs.37400 — Rs.67000
3. ASSISTANT PROFESSOR
No. of Vacancies: 04 Nos. (UR-03, SC-01)
Educational Qualification: i) A consistently good academic record with Doctoral degree.
ii) Publications of commendable merit in the field of the frontier areas of Biological/ Chemical/ Physical Sciences.
Experience: Minimum of 06 years of Post-Doctoral experience or minimum of 03 years experience in the grade of Lecturer.
Desirable: Proven ability to carry out independent research and to guide research students, acquaintances with modern techniques and methodologies of research in the field of the frontier areas of Biological/ Chemical/ Physical Sciences.
Age Limit: Maximum 38 years as on 29/02/2020.
Pay Scale: Rs.15600 — Rs.39100
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable as per Govt. norms.
The candidates will be appointed on Direct Recruitment basis.
The selected candidates will be on probation for One year.
