WILDLIFE INSTITUTE OF INDIA (WII) IS CONDUCTING WALK-IN-INTERVIEW FOR 05 PROJECT FELLOW AND PROJECT ASSISTANT- II. WALK-IN DATE — 21/11/2019
1. PROJECT FELLOW
No. of Vacancies: 02 Nos.
Educational Qualification: Master’s degree in Marine Science/ Marine Biology/ Marine Studies/ Zoology/ Forestry.
Experience: One year experience in field research/ conservation.
Desirable: i) Experience of working in marine biodiversity monitoring and assessment.
ii) SCUBA-diving certification.
iii) Work experience in GIS & Remote sensing tools knowledge of local language (Tamil/ Gujarati).
Age Limit: Maximum 32 years.
Consolidated Pay: Rs.31000 per month.
2. PROJECT ASSISTANT- II
No. of Vacancies: 02 Nos.
Educational Qualification: Master’s degree in Marine Science/ Marine Biology/ Marine Studies/ Zoology/ Botany/ Environmental Science/ Forestry/ Genetics.
Desirable: i) SCUBA diving certification.
ii) Experience in marine conservation research.
iii) Knowledge of local language (Tamil/ Gujarati).
iv) Proven experience in laboratory skills esp. macrobenthic analysis, nutrient analysis, molecular techniques.
Age Limit: Maximum 32 years.
Consolidated Pay: Rs.20000 per month.
3. PROJECT ASSISTANT- II
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos.
Educational Qualification: Master’s degree in any Science discipline.
Experience: Minimum 06 months experience of working in conservation outreach programs.
Desirable: Knowledge of local language (Tamil/ Gujarati).
Age Limit: Maximum 32 years.
Consolidated Pay: Rs.20000 per month.
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable for SC/ ST/ OBC category as per Govt. norms.
