1. DISTRICT PROJECT MANAGER
No. of Vacancies: 06 Nos.
Educational Qualification: i) Graduate or Post Graduate in any disciplines.
ii) Preferably with MSW/ MBA in Project Management, Development Studies, Social Science, Engineering or related disciplines.
Experience: Minimum 07 years of experience.
Age Limit: Minimum 22 years and maximum 45 years.

2. ASSISTANT MANAGER- ENVIRONMENT MANAGEMENT

Educational Qualification: i) Graduate or Post Graduate in Environmental Science, Earth Science, Forestry, Agriculture, Natural Resource Management or MBA in Environment Management.
ii) B.Tech in Environmental Engineering and Management or B.Tech in Energy and Environmental Engineering.

3. ASSISTANT MANAGER- SOCIAL MANAGEMENT

Educational Qualification: Graduate or Post Graduate in Sociology, Agriculture, Social Work, Social Development, Anthropology with including courses in gender within the degree.
Experience: Minimum of 03 years work experience.

4. ASSISTANT MANAGER- KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT

Experience: Minimum of 03 years work experience.

5. ASSISTANT MANAGER- MONITORING & EVALUATION

7. SENIOR ENGINEER (NATURAL RESOURCE MANAGEMENT)

Educational Qualification: Graduate or Post Graduate in Soil and Water Conservation, Water Resources, Civil, and Agricultural Engineering.
Experience: At least 10 years of experience.
Age Limit: Minimum 22 years and maximum 45 years.
Consolidated Pay: Rs.52000 per month
The candidates will be appointed on Contract basis for a period of One year, may be renewed subject to the satisfaction of Meghalaya Basin Management Agency (MBMA) and continuance of the project.
Note:- Good communication skills, written and verbal as well as familiarity with Word Processing, Spread Sheets and Power Presentation are essential for all posts.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of candidates will be through Written Test and Personal Interview. The Written Test/ Personal Interview may be held either in Shillong/ Tura only.
