1. PROJECT MANAGER
No. of Vacancies: 02 Nos.
Educational Qualification: i) Must be Post Graduate with first division.
ii) Proficiency in Computer operations in particular MS-Office Package is mandatory.
Experience: i) Should have experience of 05 years or more in handling projects and leading and managing teams of 15 or more junior members.
ii) Experience in project implementation and coordination with state/ central government will be given preference.
iii) Experience in the field of data analysis will be preferred.
iv) Candidates having experience of working in sports and related areas will be given preference.
Consolidated Pay: Rs.34,000/- per month.
2. CALL CENTER SUPERVISOR
No. of Vacancies: 02 Nos.
Educational Qualification: i) Must be a Graduate or equivalent.
ii) Candidate should be able to speak, read and write in English and Hindi.
iii) Proficiency in Computer operations in particular MS-Office Package is mandatory.
Experience: At least 03 years experience in inbound/ outbound Call Centre.
Candidates with prior experience in inbound/ outbound call centers related to Grievance Redressed Operations OR Counseling Related Operations in the areas of sports will be given preference.
Consolidated Pay: Rs.18,000/- per month.
3. CALL CENTER EXECUTIVE
No. of Vacancies: 16 Nos.
Language wise vacancies:
i. English-04 posts
ii. Hindi-04 posts
iii. Kannada-02 posts
iv. Malayalam-02 posts
v. Tamil-02 posts
vi. Telugu-02 posts
Educational Qualification: i) Minimum graduate or equivalent.
ii) Well conversant in understanding and communicating in English language.
iii) Able to speak, read and write in any one or more languages mentioned above.
iv) Candidates with knowledge of multiple languages will be preferred.
v) Candidates with prior experience in inbound/ outbound call centers will be given preference.
vi) Candidates with sports background will be given preference.
vii) Proficiency in Computer operations in particular MS-Office Package is mandatory.
Consolidated Pay: Rs.14,300/- per month.
The candidates will be appointed on Contractual basis for a period of One year for Inbound/ Outbound Call Centre project of Sports Authority of India (SAI) at Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium.
