1. SENIOR PROJECT OFFICER
Educational Qualification: i) Master’s Degree in Management/ Rural Management/ Social work/ Economics.
ii) The candidate should possess good documentation and reporting skills, high degree of computer literacy, data analysis ability and good communication skills with fluency in English, Hindi and Gujarati languages.
Experience: Must have at least 05 to 07 years of experience.
Age Limit: Minimum 30 years and maximum 45 years.
2. MASTER TRAINER
No. of Vacancies: 03 Nos. (Bengaluru, Hyderabad and Madurai)
Educational Qualification: i) Master’s Degree in Rural Management/ Social work/ Economics/ MBA.
ii) The candidate should possess good documentation and reporting skills, high degree of computer literacy, data analysis ability and good communication ability.
Experience: Must have 02 years of experience.
3. SUBJECT MATTER EXPERT
No. of Vacancies: 04 Nos. (Value Chain Development Expert- 02 posts, Content & Curriculum Development Expert- 01 post, Enterprise Support Associate- 01 post)
Educational Qualification:
i) For Value Chain Development Expert:-
(a) Bachelor’s/ Master’s Degree in Rural Management/ Social work/ Economics/ MBA.
(b) Must have 02 years of experience.
(c) The candidate should possess good documentation and reporting skills, high degree of computer literacy, data analysis ability and good communication ability.
ii) For Content & Curriculum Development Expert:-
(a) Bachelor’s/ Master’s Degree in Rural Management/ Social work/ Economics/ MBA.
(b) Must have 02 years of experience.
(c) The candidate should possess good documentation and reporting skills, high degree of computer literacy, data analysis ability and good communication ability.
iii) For Enterprise Support Associate:-
(a) Bachelor’s/ Master’s Degree in Rural Management/ Social work/ Economics/ MBA.
(b) Must have 02 years of experience.
(c) The candidate should possess good documentation and reporting skills, high degree of computer literacy, data analysis ability and good communication ability.
4. PROJECT OFFICER
Educational Qualification: i) Master’s Degree in Rural Management/ Social work/ Economics/ MBA.
ii) The candidate should possess good documentation and reporting skills, high degree of computer literacy, data analysis ability and good communication ability with fluency in English and Hindi.
Experience: Must have 03 years’ of experience.
5. PROJECT COORDINATOR
Educational Qualification: i) Master’s Degree in Rural Management/ Social work/ Economics/ MBA.
ii) The candidate should possess good documentation and reporting skills, high degree of computer literacy, data analysis ability and good communication ability with fluency in English and Hindi.
Experience: Must have 05 years’ of experience.
The candidates will be appointed on Contractual basis. The selected candidates will be posted at Vapi, Bengaluru, Hyderabad and Madurai.
Excellent communication skills in English and proficiency in computers are essential for the above posts.
