EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION: Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline or equivalent from any recognized University.

AGE LIMIT: Candidates must be minimum 21yrs and maximum 40yrs as on 01/07/2014. Upper age relaxation for SC/ST – 5yrs; OBC- 3yrs; PWD- 10yrs; Ex-Serviceman and Others – As per norms.

APPLICATION FEE: General and OBC candidates will require to pay Application Fee of Rs.115/- (including processing fee) and SC/ST candidates shall pay Rs.55/- (including processing fee). Candidates shall deposit the fee through any branches of SBI or PNB by means of E-Challan which will be generated automatically after submission of Part-I of online application. HOW TO APPLY: Interested and eligible candidates may submit their application only through the official website of Public Service Commission of Uttar Pradesh — www.uppsc.up.nic.in  (See the live URL to Application form given below).
Online application can be submitted in two stage. At Stage-I candidates will submit their basic information. Upon submission, a system generated Acknowledgement Slip and Fee payment challan will appear on the computer screen. Candidates must print-out on plain paper. Candidates will require to deposit the above prescribed Application Fee through this generated Fee Challan.
After deposition of Application Fee in designated bank, candidates shall revisit the commission’s website and shall proceed to Stage-II of online Application form. In Stage-II of Application candidates will require to fill-up their fee payment details as well as will require to upload their scan copy of passport size photograph and signature. Upon final submission of Stage-II of online application, the online application process will be completed.
