Police Department, Puducherry, is recruiting 211 Police Constable and 450 Home Guards in India Reserve Battalion and Police Department respectively. POLICE DEPARTMENT PUDUCHERRY INVITES APPLICATION FOR 661 POLICE CONSTABLE AND HOME GUARDS. LAST DATE – 10/11/2014

 

1. Police Constable (India Reserve Battalion): 221 Nos.
Qualification: Passed 10+2 or its equivalent
Age: 18—22 yrs as on 30-09-2014. Upper age relaxation is as per norms.
Physical Standards: Height—171cms; Chest (unexpanded/ expanded)—81/86 cms; Weight—As per Medical Standards.
Pay Scale: Rs.5200—20200 and Grade Pay: Rs.2000/-

 

2. Home Guards: 450 Nos.
Qualification: Passed SSLC or its equivalent
Age: 18—50 yrs in case of Men and 18 – 40yrs in case of Women as on 30-09-2014. Upper age relaxation is as per norms.
Honorarium: Rs.350/- per day.
Physical Standards: (i) Men: Height—165cms; Chest (unexpanded/ expanded)—81/86cms. Weight—As per Medical Standards (ii) Women: Height—154cms; Weight—45kgs Minimum

 

Note: The applicant who are native of Union Territory of Puducherry by virtue of domicile or continious residence in the UT of Puducherry for the last 05 years are only eligible to apply for the post.

Upon successful submission of online Application form, the system generated Registration form will appear on the computer screen. Candidates must print-out in plain paper and then send it at the below given address along with attested copies of testimonials in support of Educational Qualification certificate, Age proof, Residential proof, Caste proof and Etc., so as to reach on or before 20.11.2014 by Registered Post with Acknowledgement
