Name of the Post: Stenographer Grade III
Number of Vacancies: 269 Nos.
Educational Qualification: Degree in any discipline and must have knowledge in computers basics.
Age limit: 18-38 yrs as on 01.01.2014. The upper age limit is relaxation for SC-5yrs, OBC-5yrs, PWD-10yrs and Ex-serviceman and others-As per norms.
Note: Age Relaxation is applicable for reserved categories of Punjab State only.
Mode of Selection: –
Selection of the candidates will be through Shorthand Test of 80 W.P.M. in English and 20 W.P.M in
Transcription of same on computer. Candidates shall have to qualify Computer Test (Word Processing and Spread Sheets). The Venue, date and time of shorthand test will be informed in the official website of court as well as such information will be sent to the candidate’s Email id/Mobile.

Upon submission of online application, the system generated Registration slip will appear on the computer screen. Candidates must print-out this system generated online application form for future use.
Examination Fee:- Rs.500/- (Rs. 125/- for reserved category of Punjab state only.) The Examination fee can be paid through State Bank of India by means of Cash Deposit Receipt. The Cash Deposit Receipt will generate automatically upon submission of online application. Candidates must retain the original Cash Deposit Receipt with them for future reference.
