1. English Stenographer (Group-B): 07 Nos. (Gen-03; Gen(PH)-01; ST(EC)-01; SC(EC)-01; OBC-A(EC)-01)
Educational Qualification: Madhyamik or equivalent pass and Certificate in Computer application. Candidates should have ability to take dictation at 80 words per minute in Shorthand for 06 minutes and 30 words per minute in typewriting in English for 10 minutes.
Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and not more than 40 years as on 01/01/2015
Pay Scale: Rs.7100 – Rs.37600 and Grade Pay: Rs.2600/-
2. Lower Division Clerk (Group-C): 18 Nos. (Gen-11; SC-4; ST-1; OBC-A-1; OBC-B-1. Vacancies also reserved for EC and Meritorious sportsperson)
Educational Qualification: Madhyamik or equivalent and Certificate in computer. Candidates should have good fingering speed in Computer operation. Knowledge in Type-writing in English is preferable.
Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and not more than 40 years as on 01/01/2015
Pay Scale: Rs.5400 – Rs.25200 and Grade Pay: Rs.2600/-
3. Typist cum Copyist/ LDC cum Copyist (Group-C): 18 Nos. (Gen-11; SC-4; ST-1; OBC-A-1; OBC-B-1. Vacancies also reserved for EC and Meritorious sportsperson)
Educational Qualification: Madhyamik or equivalent and certificate in Computer. Candidates should have good fingering speed in Computer operation. Knowledge in Type-writing in English is preferable.

4. Office Peon, Night Watchman, Farash (Group-D): 09 Nos. (Gen-05; SC-2; ST(EC)-1; OBC_A-1)
Educational Qualification: Candidates must have class-VIII pass Certificate. Graduate candidates are not eligible to apply.
Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and not more than 40 years as on 01/01/2015
Pay Scale: Rs.4900 – Rs.16200 and Grade Pay: Rs.1700/-
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC, 10 years for PWD & as per Govt. norms for Ex-Servicemen & others

Application Fee: General and OBC candidates must pay Rs.200/- for Group-B & Group-C posts and Rs.100/- for Group-D posts. SC candidates are required to pay Rs.50/- only and ST candidate – Rs.25/- only for any post as Application Fee.
Fee can be paid through Indian Postal Order drawn in favour of District Judge, Purba Medinipur, payable at Tamluk Head Post Office.
