CONTROLLERATE OF QUALITY ASSURANCE (GENERAL STORES) INVITES APPLICATION FOR 13 POSTS OF DRIVER, MTS, BEARER AND TECHNICIAN. LAST DATE — 30/01/2015.
1. Civilian Motor Driver (Ordinary Grade): 1 (Gen)
Qualification: Matriculation pass and shall possess valid heavy vehicle driving license as well as shall have minimum 04yrs of driving experience
Age: 18—27yrs
Pay Scale: Rs.5200—20200 and Grade Pay: Rs.1900/-
2. Multi Tasking Staff (Security): 3 (Gen—2; OBC—1)
Qualification: Matriculation pass.
Age: 18—25yrs
Pay Scale: Rs.5200—20200 and Grade Pay: Rs.1800/-
3. Bearer: 1 (OBC)
Qualification: Matriculation pass and shall possess a certificate or diploma in catering from a recognized institute.
Age: 18—25yrs
Pay Scale: Rs.5200—20200 and Grade Pay: Rs.1800/-
4. Technician (Semi-Skilled): 8 (Gen—5; OBC—1; PH—1; Ex-Servicemen—1)
Qualification: Matriculation pass and ITI in the trade of – Carpenter, Fitter, Electrician, Turner, Machinist or its equivalent tradesman course.
Age: 18—27yrs
Pay Scale: Rs.5200—20200 and Grade Pay: Rs.1800/-
The age mentioned above will be counted as on last date of receipt of application. Upper age relaxation is 5 years for SC/ST candidates, 3 years for OBC (Non Creamy Layer) candidates and 10 years for PWD candidates. Relaxation for Ex-servicemen will be as per govt. norms.
Selection of the candidates will be through Written Test, Trade test and Interview. Exact date and venue will be intimated in due course.

How to Apply: Interested and eligible candidates may prepare their Application form on plain A4 size paper as per prescribed application format (See PDF file given below). The duly filled Application form must be enclosed with attested copies of testimonials such as qualification certificate, caste certificate, age proof certificate, and etc.
Candidates must also enclose duly filled two Admit Cards (See PDF below) and one self-addressed envelope (30x12cms) affixed with postal stamp of Rs.25/-
