Engagement of Act Apprentices under the Apprentices Act, 1961, in Rail Wheel Factory (RWF) for the year 2021-22

• Fitter – 85
• Machinist – 31
• Mechanic (Motor Vehicle) – 08
• Turner – 05
• CNC Programming cum operator (COE Group) – 23
• Electrician – 18
• Electronic Mechanic – 22

Educational Qualification:

• The candidates willing to undergo training under the Apprentices’ Act, of 1961, in this Factory, must have passed the 10^th class examine .ion or its equivalent. minimum 50% (aggregate) marks, from recognized Boards, on the date of issue of Notification and also possess a National Trade Certificate NT in the designated trade in which this administration is imparting training, issued b: National Council for Vocational Training (NCVT).
• The training in the designated trades of FT er, Machinist Mechanic Motor Vehicle, Turner, Electrician, and Electronic Mechanic will be for a period of one year. Whereas the period of training for COE Group (CNC Pi ►gramming-cum-Operator), is for a period of six months. Training will be arranged in a,-or chance with the standards and syllabus prescribed by the Central Apprenticeship Coun

Age Limit (as of 21-01-2023):

• Minimum Age: 15 Years
• Maximum Age: 24 Years

Rate of Stipend :-

• During their period of apprenticeship trainin, in this Factory, the candidates undergoing training in the trades of Fitter, Machinist, Mc :panic (Motor Vehicle), Turner, Electrician, Electronic Mechanic will be paid a stipend )f Rs.12,261/.- per month, while for CNC Programming-cum-Operator, a stipend of Rs. 0,899/- per month, will be paid and as per extant rules amended from time to time.

Application Fees:

• The candidates are required to enclose an India a Postal Order/Demand Draft from any Nationalised Bank of Rs.100/- as processing fec drawn in favour of ‘Principal Financial Adviser/Rail. Wheel Factory,’ along with applic lion fon^–n, which is not refundable. No fee is required to be paid by SC/ST/Phys ;ally handicapped/Women candidates. Applications not accompanied with processing f wherever required, will be summarily rejected. Candidates may please note that these nstrunients should not have been issued earlier to the date of issue of this Notification,
