SPECIAL DRIVE FOR RECRUITMENT OF OBC, SC, ST AND PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES (PWD) ON REGULAR BASIS

 19 Nos. (OBC-05, SC-09, ST-05; out of total PWD-06)

 

Educational Qualification: B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc. (Engineering) in Electronics & Telecom Engg. Or Computer Science Engg. Or Information Technology Or Electrical Engg. Or M.Sc. (Electronics), Or equivalent.
Candidates should have qualified GATE-2016 in EC paper.

The applicants appearing in final year of BE/B.Tech (in the relevant discipline) may also apply provided that all the other eligibility conditions are met by them. However, such candidates should possess the requisite qualification by the date of their interview.

 

Age Limit: Maximum-21 years as on 01.07.2016

 

Pay Scale: Rs.16400/- Rs.40500/- and other allowances.

 

Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST, 03 years for OBC and 10 years for PWD category. Ex-Serviceman & Others, if any – As per Govt. norms.

 

Candidates’ Selection: Selection of the candidates will be on the basis of GATE-2016 score followed by Interview. Interview will be held at Mumbai, Kolkata, Delhi / Gurgaon and Hyderabad/Secunderabad.

Candidates selected for the post will be on Probation period for two years.
