RCIL Recruitment 2026 Selection Process

The selection for RailTel Recruitment 2026 will be based on the following stages:

  • Stage 1: Shortlisting: Candidates will be shortlisted based on the information provided in their applications.
  • Stage 2: Interview: The selection shall primarily be on the basis of an interview carrying 100 marks. The qualifying marks are 60%.
  • Stage 2 (Alternate): Depending on the number of applications received, a Skill Test/Written Test (150 marks) may be conducted. In such a case, candidates must secure a minimum of 60% marks cumulatively in the online exam and interview to be eligible for empanelment.
