Raja Rammohun Roy Library Foundation – Kolkata, under Ministry of Culture, is recruiting Field Officer and Lower Division Clerk. Interested and eligible candidates may apply on prescribed application format (See below). Educational qualification norms and other eligibility criteria in brief are given below —

1. FIELD OFFICER (SOUTHERN ZONE)
Number of Vacancies: 1 Nos. (General) for Southern Zonal Office at Chennai.
Qualification & Experience: Master’s degree and 05yrs experience in Library / Educational Administrative works and shall have proficiency in Hindi and English and in any one of the regional language of the zone where the vacancy occurs. Candidates shall have done Certificate course in computer applications equivalent to ‘O’ level foundation course from a DOEACC recognized institute.
Desirable— Candidates with Degree in Library Science is desirable.
Age: Maximum 30 Yrs as on last date of application.
Pay Scale: Rs.9300—34800 and Grade Pay: Rs.4600/- plus other allowances as per norms.

2. LOWER DIVISION CLERK 
Number of Vacancies: 2 Nos. (Gen—1; SC—1)
Qualification: Class 12 or equivalent pass and shall have Typing speed of 35 w.p.m. in English on Computer
Age: Between 18yrs to 27yrs as on last date of application.
Pay Scale: Rs.5200—20200 and Grade Pay: Rs.1900/- plus other allowances as per norms.
