Employees State Insurance Corporation’s hospital—Bangalore Rajajinagar Model Hospital is recruiting 141 Nos. boys and girls for the post of “Lab Assistant”, “Junior Radiographer”, “O.T. Assistant”, “E.G.C. Technician” and “Nursing Orderly”. Details given below—
1. Nursing Orderly/ Stretcher Bearer/ Attendant: 75 Nos. (Gen-37, OBC-26, SC-5, ST-7)
Serial No.15
Qualification: Madhyamik Pass boys and girls with primary knowledge on First-Aid related may apply for the post. Candidate should have minimum one year experience of Dressing i.e. dressing in injurious area, in any Hospital or Nursing Home.
Age: 18yrs to 27yrs old. Pay scale: Rs.5200 to Rs.20200 and Grade pay: Rs.1800
2. Lab Assistant: 6 Nos. (Gen-3, SC-1, OBC-1)

Qualification: Higher Secondary Pass boys and girls with Diploma course on Medical lab technology from any recognised Institute may apply for the post.
Age: Maximum 32 yrs. Pay Scale: Rs.5200 to Rs.20200. Grade pay: Rs.2000
3. O.T. Assistant: 11 Nos. (Gen-6, OBC-3, ST-2)
Serial No.12
Qualification: Higher Secondary boys and girls with training of O.T. from any recognised hospital as well as working experience of one year in the field may apply for the post.
Age and pay scale is same as above post.
4. Lab Technician: 23 Nos. (Gen-13, OBC-6, SC-3, ST-1)

Qualification: Higher Secondary candidates with Diploma course of Lab technology as well as one year working experience the field may apply for the post.
Age: within 32yrs. Pay Scale: Rs.5200 – Rs.20200. Grade Pay: Rs.2000
5. Radiographer: 8 Nos. (Gen-5, OBC-2, SC-1)
Serial No.4
Qualification: Madhyamik pass candidates with 2 yrs diploma course on Radiography may apply for the post.
Age and payscale is same as above.
6. O.T. Technician: 6 Nos. (Gen-3, OBC-2, ST-1)
Qualification: Higher Secondary in Science discipline and work experience of 1 year in any Hospital’s O.T. may apply for the post.
Age and Salary is same as above.
7. Cook: 12 Nos. (Gen-8, OBC-3, SC-1)
Qualification: Madhyamik pass candidates with minimum 2yrs experience of cooking Indian food may apply for the post.
Age: within 27 yrs. Salary is same as above.
For all the mentioned posts the age should be calculated as on dated- 15-12-2011. Age relaxation: OBC-3yrs, SC/ST-5yrs, PH- 10yrs, Government of E.S.I. workers- 5yrs and Ex-Serviceman- as per norms.
Selection of Candidates: Candidates will be selected through Written Test. Questions will be Objective Types. If qualified in Written Test then will be called for Interview.
How to Apply: Application can be prepared on plain A4 size paper as per given format. Canididates will require to deposit the exam fee of Rs.125 (For the posts of Lab Technician, O.T. Technician, Radiographer) and Rs.75 (For the rest of posts). Fee can be deposited in any C.B.S. branch of State Bank of India through Challan at any one of the following Account No. of Power Jyoti—31177956888, 31177964973, 31177965842, 31177966120, 31177966517.
Candidates may also pay the fee through Demand Draft in favour of – “E.S.I. Corporation, Account No.1” and write payable at—“Bangalore”.
SC/ST, PH, ESI, Ex-Serviceman and Female candidates do not need to pay any fee.
Along with application form, enclose the following documents—
- Recent 2 Nos. passport size photographs with Attestation (one copy pasted on the application form and other copy enclosed)
- Attested copies of Educational, Age, Caste certificates, PH certificate (for PH candidates), Discharge certificate (for ex-serviceman) Training and Experience certificates and other testimonials (If any)
- Original Fee challan receipt or Demand Draft (If Demand Draft then write name and address on the backside)
On the top of the Application containing envelope, super scribe—“Application for the post of…………”
