Qualification: I.T.I. in any one of the above mentioned Trades from any N.C.V.T/ SCVT/ NAC approved I.T.I. may apply for the post in respective group.
Age Limit: Candidates should be within 18yrs to 28yrs as on 18/2/2012. Age relaxation—Female (Gen): 5yrs; Female (SC/ST/OBC/BC/SBC): 10yrs; Male (SC/ST/OBC/BC/SBC): 5yrs; For Ex-Serviceman, maximum age limit shall be 50 yrs.
Salary: First two years will be as “Probationer- Trainee” and during this period candidates will get Rs.5900 per month. After completion, Salary will be Rs.5200—Rs.20200 and Grade pay—Rs.1850/-
Selection procedure: Candidates will be selected through Written Competitive Examination. The syllabus will be of ITI level. The papers will be in two parts, Part-A will be on General Awareness and Part-B will be on Technical Knowledge/Skill. Total 250 marks and time allotted—2hrs. Questions will be of Objective Types Questions and there will be no negative marking.
N.B: The medium of the Written Competitive Examination will be Hindi only.

How to Apply: Candidates may apply Online or Offline. Candidates willing to apply either online or offline should first print-out the Fee challan from the official site and should deposit Rs.400 (Rs.200 for SC/ST/OBC/BC/SBC candidates) from any branch of State Bank of Bikaner & Jaipur (SBBJ) at the following account numbers of RVUN—“SBBJ Power Jyoti Account No.61149945881”.
How to apply online: Visit the official site of RVUN and click the link “Click here for Registration & to Print Challan for Depositing Prescribed Fee”. Now fill the required details and submit. After doing this computer generated Registration No. and System Generated form of Challan will appeared. Print-out the Fee challan and note down the Registration Number. This will required later on after submitting the fee.
After submitting the prescribed fee, visit the official website of Rajasthan Vidyut Utpadan Nigam Ltd- again and then click the link “Click here to Apply Online after Registration & Depositing the Application Fee”. Now fill the details carefully and submit the application form. After successfully submitting the application form; a computer generated application will appear on the screen. Make print-out copy of this generated application for records.
There is no need to send this printed application or any documents by post. Documents will required to produce during Written Test.
How to Apply Offline: To apply offline, candidates may download the application format from the website of Rajasthan Rajya Vidyut Utpadan Nigam Ltd’s website and then fill it with own handwriting.
Deposit the prescribed application fee and then original Fee payment challan and Application form (after pasting recent passport size photographs) should sent by Ordinary Post only in the below address. On the top of the envelope, subscribe—“Application for the post of Technician-III/ Plant Attendant-III/ Hydel Operator-III, 2012” and send it to – Rajasthan Rajya Vidyut Utpadan Nigam Ltd., Post Bag No.433, GPO, M.I. Road, Jaipur—302001 (Rajasthan)”.
