RBI Young Professional Selection Process 2026
The selection for Young Professional posts will be through the following stages:
- Preliminary screening and shortlisting by a screening committee based on application documents.
- Document verification of shortlisted candidates.
- Personal Interview — shortlisted candidates will be issued an Interview Call Letter through email only. No call letter will be sent by post or any other mode.
Shortlisted candidates appearing for interview must make their own arrangements for travel and accommodation. The decision of the Bank regarding screening, shortlisting, interview and all other aspects of engagement shall be final. The Bank also maintains a reserve list valid for one year from the date of publication of the selection list.
