RCFL Management Trainee Recruitment 2023 Educational Qualification
Candidates should have a 4-year BE/B Tech degree in Chemical Engg./Petrochemical Engg./Mechanical Engg./Electrical Engg./Instrumentation Engg. or a 3-year BE/B Tech degree after a 3-year diploma in Engineering. A minimum 60% aggregate in the final year is required. Maximum age limits vary by category, with additional concessions available. For the Management Trainee (Legal) role, a 3-year Graduation in Law or a 5-year integrated Law course, along with a Master’s degree in Law with a minimum of 60% aggregate, is necessary.
