REC Recruitment 2024 Selection Process
The selection process involves the dismissal of incomplete applications and the rejection of candidatures with discrepancies. Fulfillment of eligibility criteria does not guarantee an interview/selection. Detailed scrutiny will be conducted to assess eligibility, and candidates suitable for specific posts will undergo a written test and/or interview. The selection criteria include a written test and/or interview with a weightage of 85% and 15%, respectively.
In case of a high number of applications, shortlisting may occur with higher criteria than the minimum eligibility. No TA/DA is provided for written tests, but travel expenses for outstation candidates called for interviews will be reimbursed. Requests for changing the selection process date/venue will not be entertained. Document verification is mandatory before the interview, and original certificates must be presented. Selection is based on educational qualifications, work experience, and performance in the selection process. The results will be published on the portal, and selected candidates will be informed individually.
