1. RECORD KEEPER CUM MONITORING & EVALUATION OFFICER
No. of Vacancies: 07 Nos.
Educational Qualification: i) Graduation in any subject from a recognized University.
ii) Knowledge of windows based packages/ applications.
iii) Weightage will be given to candidates having previous work experience under District Mental Health Programme in the Health & FW Department of Assam.
Desirable: Two years experience of working in a health care institution.
Age Limit: Maximum 43 years as on 01/04/2019.
Consolidated Pay: Rs. 10,000/- per month.
2. CASE REGISTRY ASSISTANT
No. of Vacancies: 15 Nos.
Educational Qualification: i) Higher Secondary and knowledge of windows based packages/ applications.
ii) Weightage will be given to candidates having previous work experience under District Mental Health Programme in the Health & FW Department of Assam.
Desirable: One year experience of working in a health care institution.
Age Limit: Maximum 43 years as on 01/04/2019.
Consolidated Pay: Rs. 8,000/- per month.
The vacancies are in different programmes under National Health Mission (NHM), Assam on Contractual basis.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of candidates will be through Interview/ Selection Test.
