Assistant Central Intelligence Officer, Grade-II/Executive 
Number of Vacancies: 750 Nos. (UR-380, OBC-202, SC-112 & ST-56). Physically Handicapped candidates are not eligible to apply for this post.

Educational Qualification: Graduate in any discipline or equivalent from recognized University.
Knowledge of computer is desirable.

Age Limit: Between 18yrs to 27yrs as on 12-08-2013. Upper age relaxation for SC/ST – 5yrs; OBC- 3yrs; PWD- 10yrs; Departmental candidates and Others – As per norms.

Pay Scale: Rs.9300—34800 with Grade Pay: Rs.4200 plus other allowances as per norms.

Selection of the candidates will be through Written Examination and Interview.
Written Examination will be in two papers namely Paper I (Objective type) and Paper-II (Descriptive type on English language only). The total duration for both Papers is 1 hour and 40 minutes.
Paper I will focus on General Awareness/General Knowledge, Reasoning, Comprehension and Mathematical ability while Paper II will be designed to check the knowledge of English writing skill and analytical capability.

Qualified candidates from written examination will be called for the Interview. The date, place and time of interview shall be intimated to the candidates online. Therefore, the candidates are advised to visit the website of MHA from time to time.

There are total 33 examination centre in India and candidates may opt any one the centre during form fill up. Candidates from West Bengal may choose “Kolkata” or “Siliguri” as their examination centre. (See the below link for detailed information)

How to Apply: Candidates must apply Online only through the official website — www.mha.nic.in (Live url is given below). Applications will not be accepted through any other mode.

Online Application form is available in two Parts. Candidates must first submit the Part-I application and then shall proceed to Part-II application.
The candidate will have to fill up the Part-I of online application, and then has to select option for payment of fees, if any, in part II of the application form. Candidates are required to upload their photographs & signature at the time of registration itself.

After successful submission of Online Application form, candidates are required to take the print out of the Registration Slip and keep it in safe custody and also note down their registration number and Roll Number (as and when allotted) separately for future reference.
There is no need to send any hard-copy or any other documents by post to anywhere. 

Examination Fee: Candidates must pay Application Fee of Rs.100/- by cash deposit (in case of offline payment mode) at any branch of State Bank of India using the Challan form (available in part-II of the online application) or by using internet banking facility of State Bank of India or ATM-cum-Debit card of State Bank of India only.
SC/ST and female candidates are exempted from payment of examination fee.
