Sarva Shiksha Mission, Cooch Behar, is inviting eligible candidates from the resident of Coochbehar district for the post of BLOCK ACCOUNTANT, Cooch Behar_I Block covering Sadar III, Sadar IV and Satmile CLRC & BLOCK ACCOUNTANT, Mathabhanga II Block covering Mathabhanga II and Mathabhanga IV CLRC under the control of the District Project Officer, Sarva Shiksha Mission, Cooch Behar purly on temporary and contract basis. Qualification norms and brief details are as follows —
1. BLOCK ACCOUNTANT, COOCH BEHAR-I BLOCK
2. BLOCK ACCOUNTANT, MATHABHANGA-II BLOCK
Educational Qualification: B.Com (Hons.) degree under regular course AND certificate in Computer Application (covering MS Office and Tally Accounting system) with two years experience in accounting in any organization/ reputed firm or Govt. sponsored project, etc.
N.B: The Applicant must be resident of Cooch Behar district only.
Age Limit: Above 21 years and below 37 years as on 01/01/2013.
Consolidated Pay: Rs,12,000/- per month
The engagement to the above said posts will be initially for one year on contractual basis and may be renewed further subject to maximum 03 years or the winding up of the project whicherver is earlier.
Selected candidates will provide their services in the CLRCs situated in the respective Block. The will visit schools for at least 15 days in each month and will be accountable to the Circle Project Coordinator of the CLRC.

The Application form must be enclosed with Self-Attested copies of all documents in respect of educational qualification, age proof, residential proof, experience, if any, computer efficiency certificate, Voter ID or passport or Employment Exchange card or Residential certificate.
Applicant must apply for one post/ Block only. Applying for more than one post/block will lead to cancellation of Application form.
Selection of the candidates will be through Interview. Before Interview, candidates will be called for Computer Efficiency Test.
All the original documents must be produced at the time of interview for verification.
