Gauhati High Court, Guwahati, is recruiting 123 posts of – Sheristadar, Stenographer, UDC, Peshkar, LDC, Driver, Process Server, Peon and Etc, for filling up the vacancies in the subordinate court establishment of the State of Arunachal Pradesh under the jurisdiction of Gauhati High Court. Pay Scale: Rs.9300—34800 and Grade Pay: Rs.4200/- 

2. Stenographer Grade-II: 13 Nos.

3. Upper Division Clerk: 15 Nos.
Pay Scale: Rs.9300—34800 and Grade Pay: Rs.2800/-

4. Peshkar: 13 Nos.
Pay Scale: Rs.9300—34800 and Grade Pay: Rs.2800/-

5. LDC-cum-Computer Operator: 15 Nos.
Pay Scale: Rs.9300—34800 and Grade Pay: Rs.1900/-

6. Driver: 13 Nos.

7. Process Server: 15 Nos.

Educational Qualification —
Sheristadar/ UDC/ Peshkar, LDC-cum-Computer Operator: Graduate or equivalent and proficiency in computer application (MS Office)
Extra weightage of 5 marks will be given to the candidates who have the following qualification — B.Com (Accountancy) with Tally, M.Com (Accountancy) with Tally, BBA, BCA, MCA, MBA/ equivalent, B.Sc (IT), B.Sc (Computer Science), M.Sc (IT), M.Sc (Computer Science), LL.B/ LL.M

Stenographer Grade-II: Higher Secondary or equivalent and Diploma or Certificate in Stenography from recognized Institute.

Process Server: Higher Secondary or equivalent.

Office Peon-I and Office Peon-II: HSCL passed or equivalent.

Age Limit: Minimum 18yrs and maximum 38yrs as on 18.07.2013 (including OBC/ MOBC categories). Upper age relaxation for SC/ST/APST is 5yrs and for PWD is 10 yrs.

Selection of the candidates will be through Written Test (Objective type) and Practical test/ Interview, as applicable for the post. See the below link for selection steps.

Application Fee: Candidates must pay Application Fee of Rs.200/- (Rs.100 for SC/ST/PWD/ APST candidates) by means of Fee payment Challan through any branch of State Bank of India, in cash, in the SBI Powerjyoti Account No. 32512284007.
Candidates may download the fee payment challan from the court’s website.

The Application form must be enclosed with Fee Payment Challan receipt (Candidates’ copy) only. There is no need to send any documents with the Application form at this stage.
Candidates applying for than one post must submit separate application for each post.

The application containing envelope must be superscribe as – “APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF _____”.
