Haldia Dock Complex, Kolkata Port Trust, is recruiting 35 persons through direct recruitment – Special Recruitment Drive for SC/ST/OBC, for the posts of — Account/ Audit Officer, Asst./ Jr. Engineer and various Officers. Eligible candidates may apply on prescribed application form within the last date. Eligibility criteria and other norms in brief is given below—

1. Accounts/ Audit Officer: 1 Nos. (OBC)
Qualification: M.Com. Or Chartared Accountant or Cost & Works Accountant or M.B.A. with Specialisation in Finance.
Age: within 30yrs

2. Assistant Executive Engineer: 1 Nos. (SC)
Qualification: Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Marine Engineering or equivalent.
Age: within 30yrs

3. Medical Officer: 2 Nos. (OBC)
Qualification: MBBS Degree or equivalent and must have completed full term of house appointment in the indoor wards of a first Grade Hospital, including the job of a Resident House Surgeon / Physician.
Age: within 30yrs

4. Store/ Purchase Officer: 1 Nos. (OBC)
Qualification: Degree in Engineering
Desirable : Post–Graduate Degree / Diploma in Materials Management
Age: within 30yrs.

5. Traffic Officer (Rly): 1 Nos. (OBC)
Qualification: 3yrs of Degree in any discipline
Age: within 28yrs

6. Traffic Officer (Sh. & CH): 1 Nos. (OBC)
Qualification: Same as above
Age: within 28yrs

7. Administrative Officer: 1 Nos. (SC)
Qualification: Hons. Degree in Arts, Science or Commerce from a recognised University or 1st Class Degree from a University which does not offer Hons. Course
Age: within 28yrs

8. Personnel Officer: 1 Nos. (OBC)
Qualification: Same as above
Age: within 28yrs

9. Fire Engine Driver-cum-Pump Operator: 1 Nos. (ST)
Qualification: Madhyamik or equivalent and must have Certificate of training in Fire Fighting and Valid Heavy Motor Driving Licence for at least 5yrs. Candidates must have sound health
Experience: 6yrs of experience in relevant field
Age: within 36yrs

10. Junior Engineer Grade.I: 1 Nos. (ST)
Qualification: Madhyamik or equivalent and must have L.C.E. Diploma.
Experience: candidates must have 5yrs of experience in Civil Engineering.
Age: within 35yrs

Age relaxation: Age will be counted as on dated 1/7/2012. Age relaxation for OBC—3yrs; SC/ST—5yrs.

Pay Scale:  Rs.9400—Rs.22000 for Fire Engine Driver and Rs.13600—Rs.32400 for Jr.Engineer Gr.I and for rests of posts — Rs.20600 to Rs.46500
