Eligibility Criteria for Repco Bank Recruitment 2024
(1) OSD – Inspection –
Qualification:- Candidates should have a Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University.
Experience:- Minimum of 03 years of experience.
Age Limit:- The maximum age is 62 years.
(2) OSD–Legal –
Qualification:- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from a recognized University.
Experience:- Minimum of 07 years of experience.
Age Limit:- The maximum age is 62 years.
(3) OSD–HR –
Qualification:- Candidates should possess a Graduation from a recognized university.
Experience:- Minimum of 05 years of experience.
Age Limit:- The maximum age is 62 years.
(4) Assistant General Manager (Chartered Accountant) –
Qualification:- Candidates should possess a Graduation from a recognized University and must be an „Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants‟
Experience:- Minimum of 05 years of experience.
Age Limit:- The maximum age is 40 years.
(5) Manager (Chartered Accountant) –
Qualification:- Candidates should possess a Graduation from a recognized University and must be an „Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants‟
Experience:- Minimum of 02 years of experience.
Age Limit:- The maximum age is 40 years.
(6) Chief Risk Officer –
Qualification:- Candidates must be Post Graduates preferably MBA in Finance/Risk Management/CA/ICWA etc.
Experience:- Total experience of 15 years in banking.
Age Limit:- The minimum age is 45 years and the maximum age is 62 years.
Pay Scale
(i) Officer on Special Duty (OSD) – Rs. 40,000/- per month
(ii) Assistant General Manager (Chartered Accountant) – Rs. 63840-78230/-
(iii) Manager (Chartered Accountant) – Rs. 48170 – 69810/-
(iv) Chief Risk Officer – Rs.1,50,000/- per month

Selection Process for Repco Bank Recruitment 2024
(a) Officer on Special Duty (OSD):- Shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview. The intimation letter for the interview will be sent through courier/post individually.
(b) Assistant General Manager & Manager (Chartered Accountant):- Selection will be based on shortlisting/ interview.
