CLERICAL CADRE Employees/Trainees (on-roll & off- roll)
Qualification & Age limits for On-Roll:
Educational Qualification: Graduate with minimum 50% marks.
Desirable:
i) Preference will be given for relevant prior experience in home loan/operations/sales/retail credit etc.
ii) Fluency in English besides applicable local language is preferred. Working knowledge of Hindi will be an added advantage.
iii) Possession of a 2-wheeler and valid driving license will be advantageous
Age Limit: Not exceeding 25 years as on 01-07-2016
Consolidated Pay: Rs.3.50 lakhs per month
Qualification & Age limits for Off-Roll:
Educational Qualification: Graduate.
Desirable:
i) Preference will be given for relevant prior experience in home loan/operations/sales/retail credit etc.
ii) Fluency in English besides applicable local language is preferred. Working knowledge of Hindi will be an added advantage.
iii) Possession of a 2-wheeler and valid driving license will be advantageous

Consolidated Pay: Rs.9500/- per month.
ASSISTANT MANAGER/ MANAGER (On-roll/ Off-roll)
Educational Qualification: Post Graduation with minimum 60% marks.

Age Limit: Not exceeding 26 years as on 01-07-2016.
Consolidated Pay: Rs.20,000/- (MT-I) and Rs.30,000/- (MT-II)
NOTE: Graduate degree from Open University will not be considered.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of the candidates will be based on Written Test – (Objective Type on Test of Reasoning & quantitative Aptitude, computers knowledge, data interpretation, English language, General Awareness including Housing Finance etc).
Examination will be held at following cities — New Delhi, Lucknow, Patna, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Tirupathi, Vijaywada, Chennai, Coimbatore, Madurai, Bangalore, Mangalore, Bhopal, Ernakulam, Pune, Ahmedabad, Rajkot and Jaipur.
