1. UNDER SECRETARY
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos. (ST (H))
Educational Qualification: i) Graduate in Arts/ Science/ Commerce.
ii) Candidates possessing Bachelor Degree in Law practicing advocate with minimum 05 years of experience will be given preference.
Age Limit: Minimum 35 years and maximum 43 years as on 20/06/2020.
Pay Scale: Rs.30000 — Rs.110000
2. LIBRARIAN
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos. (UR)
Educational Qualification: Master Degree in Library Science from any recognized University.
Experience: Must have 10 years of experience.
Age Limit: Minimum 40 years and maximum 52 years as on 20/06/2020.

3. ASSISTANT LANGUAGE OFFICER
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos. (UR)
Educational Qualification: i) M.A. in English or Assamese with at least 60% marks (55% for SC/ ST (P) and 50% for ST (H)) from any recognized University.
ii) The candidate must have good command over both English and Assamese language.

4. DEPUTY MARSHAL
No. of Vacancies: 02 Nos. (UR)
Educational Qualification: i) Bachelor Degree in Arts/ Science/ Commerce with at least 55% marks (50% for SC/ ST (P) and 45% for ST (H)) from any recognized University.
ii) The candidate must possess NCC “C” Certificate.

5. ENGLISH REPORTER GR.-II

Educational Qualification: i) Bachelor Degree in Arts/ Science/ Commerce from any recognized University with having Certificate in Stenography from ITI in Assam or any other recognized Institute with 120 WPM in English Stenography.
ii) The candidate must have adequate knowledge of Computer application and good command over English language.

6. STENOGRAPHER GR.-II (E)

7. LANGUAGE REPORTER GR.-II

Educational Qualification: i) Bachelor Degree in Arts/ Science/ Commerce from any recognized University with having Certificate in Stenography from any recognized Institute with 100 WPM in Assamese Stenography.
ii) The candidate must have adequate knowledge of Computer application with DTP in Assamese.
Age Limit: Minimum 25 years and maximum 38 years as on 20/06/2020.
Pay Scale: Rs.22000 — Rs.87000
8. ASSISTANT LIBRARIAN
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos. (UR)
Educational Qualification: Bachelor Degree in Library Science from any recognized University.
Experience: Must have 05 years of experience.
Age Limit: Minimum 25 years and maximum 38 years as on 20/06/2020.
Pay Scale: Rs.14000 — Rs.49000
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST and 03 years for OBC category.
Note:- With reference to this Secretariat’s earlier Notice No.LAE.82/2019/4057, dtd 14th October, 2019, the candidates who have applied earlier for the post of Librarian having requisite qualification as prescribed above need not apply afresh.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of candidates will be through Written Examination, Viva-Voce/ Oral Interview and Speed Test in Stenography wherever applicable.
