1. RESEARCH ASSOCIATE
No. of Vacancies: 02 Nos.
Educational Qualification: PhD or equivalent degree in Mechanical/ Material Science
OR
M.Tech/ M.E. in Mechanical/ Material Science and 03 years of Research, Teaching or Design & Development experience preferably in Mechanical/ Material Sci. with publication of at least one paper in Science Citation Indexed (SCI) Journal.
Age Limit: Maximum of 35 years as on 13/11/2020.
Consolidated Pay: Rs.54000 per month
2. RESEARCH ASSOCIATE
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos.
Educational Qualification: PhD or equivalent degree in Physics
OR
Post Graduation in Physics (Nano Science & Technology) and 03 years of Research, Teaching or Design & Development experience preferably in Nano Science & Technology with publication of at least one paper in Science Citation Indexed (SCI) Journal.
Age Limit: Maximum of 35 years as on 13/11/2020.
Consolidated Pay: Rs.54000 per month
3. JUNIOR RESEARCH FELLOW
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos.
Educational Qualification: M.Sc in Material Science in 1st division with NET.
OR
BE/ B.Tech in Material Science in 1st Division with NET/ GATE.
OR
M.E./ M.Tech in Material Science in 1st Division both at Graduate and Post graduate level.
Age Limit: Maximum of 28 years as on 13/11/2020.

4. JUNIOR RESEARCH FELLOW

Educational Qualification: B.E./ B.Tech in Electrical (HV Engg.) in 1st Division with NET/ GATE.
OR
M.E./ M.Tech in Electrical (HV Engg.) in 1st Division both at Graduate and Post graduate level.
Age Limit: Maximum of 28 years as on 13/11/2020.

5. JUNIOR RESEARCH FELLOW
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos.
Educational Qualification: B.E./ B.Tech in Electronics & Comm. Engg. in 1st Division with NET/ GATE.
OR
M.E./ M.Tech in Electronics & Comm. Engg. in 1st Division both at Graduate and Post graduate level.
Desirable: Hands on knowledge in programming tools like MATLAB, LAB VIEW etc for data processing and analysis of sensor data.
Age Limit: Maximum of 28 years as on 13/11/2020.
Consolidated Pay: Rs.31000 per month
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST and 03 years for OBC category.

For Research Associateship, candidates who have submitted their Ph.D thesis may also apply.
Candidates’ Selection: The candidates will be selected on the basis of their score of National Written Test or NET/ GATE, Percentage of marks obtained in minimum qualifying degree and Interview through Video Conferencing.
