ICAR- NATIONAL ACADEMY OF AGRICULTURAL RESEARCH MANAGEMENT (NAARM) WILL CONDUCT WALK-IN-INTERVIEW FOR 07 POSTS OF RESEARCH ASSOCIATE AND YOUNG PROFESSIONAL-II. WALK-IN DATE — 19/09/2019
1. RESEARCH ASSOCIATE FOR THE PROJECT “TECHNOLOGY ENHANCED LEARNING IN AGRICULTURAL EDUCATION SPONSORED UNDER NICHE AREA OF EXCELLENCE BY EDUCATION DIVISION, INDIAN COUNCIL OF AGRICULTURAL RESEARCH”.
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos.
Educational Qualification: Ph.D in Engineering with specialization in Computer Science/ Engineering or Agricultural Engineering.
OR
Master Degree in Engineering/ Computer Applications/ IT and related disciplines having 1st division or 60% marks or equivalent grade and with at least 02 years of research experience.
Desirable: i) Experience in multimedia content development/ video editing/ e-learning/ web-based technologies (preferably open source)/ web and mobile application development.
ii) Published research papers, in NAAS rated Journals Experience in documentation/ compilation for report.
Age Limit: Maximum 40 years (45 years for Women candidates) as on 19/09/2019.
Consolidated Pay: Rs. 38,000/- or Rs.40,000/- per month.
2. YOUNG PROFESSIONAL-II FOR THE PROJECT “PROJECT ON ADOPTION OF NATURAL FARMING AND ITS EFFECT ON CROP YIELD AND FARMERS LIVELIHOOD IN INDIA”.
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos.
Educational Qualification: Master degree in Soil Science/ Agronomy.
Desirable: Six months working experience in soil sample collection and analysis for different soil and plant parameters, computation of data and statistical analysis etc.
Age Limit: Minimum 21 years and maximum 45 years as on 19/09/2019.
Consolidated Pay: Rs. 25,000/- per month.
3. YOUNG PROFESSIONAL-II IN TELAGE LAB (UNDER EFC-NAARM).
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos.
Educational Qualification: Master Degree in Agricultural Extension/ Agricultural Statistics/ Agricultural Engineering.
Desirable: i) Knowledge in Multimedia, elearning, educational technology.
ii) Working knowledge in MS Office and Statistical Application, Data Analysis, preparation of report.
Age Limit: Minimum 21 years and maximum 45 years as on 19/09/2019.
Consolidated Pay: Rs. 25,000/- per month.
4. YOUNG PROFESSIONAL-II IN XSM DIVISION (UNDER EFC-NAARM).
No. of Vacancies: 02 Nos.
Educational Qualification: Master degree in Agricultural Sciences.
Desirable: i) Specialization in Agricultural Extension.
ii) Proficiency in ICTs, drafting and documentation skills.
iii) Proficiency in Telugu language and willingness to work with farmers in village.
Age Limit: Minimum 21 years and maximum 45 years as on 19/09/2019.
Consolidated Pay: Rs. 25,000/- per month.
5. YOUNG PROFESSIONAL-II IN ABM DIVISION (UNDER EFC-NAARM).
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos.
Educational Qualification: i) Graduate Degree in any one of the following subjects- Agriculture/ Horticulture/ Agricultural Engineering.
ii) Post Graduate degree in any subject related to Agriculture and allied subjects.
Desirable: i) Working experience in survey based research project.
ii) Proficiency in computer skills and expertise in Statistical software packages and Report writing.
Age Limit: Minimum 21 years and maximum 45 years as on 19/09/2019.
Consolidated Pay: Rs. 25,000/- per month.
6. YOUNG PROFESSIONAL-II FOR THE PROJECT “ECONOMIC ANALYSIS OF FOOD PRICES AND POLICIES FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF INDIAN AGRICULTURE (UNDER EFC-NAARM)”.

Educational Qualification: Master Degree in Agricultural Economics/ Agricultural Statistics/ Computer Applications.
Desirable: i) Knowledge in statistical tools, data collection & processing, Computer Technology.
ii) Working knowledge in MS Office and Statistical Application, Data Analysis, Preparation of report.
Age Limit: Minimum 21 years and maximum 45 years as on 19/09/2019.
Consolidated Pay: Rs. 25,000/- per month.
