1. RESEARCH ASSOCIATE
No. of Vacancies: 02 Nos.
Educational Qualification: PhD or equivalent degree in Physics/ Electronics/ Material Science.
Desirable: Research experience in the field of Semiconductor materials and devices, fabrication and characterization.
Age Limit: Maximum 35 years
Consolidated Pay: Rs.54000 per month
2. JUNIOR RESEARCH FELLOW
No. of Vacancies: 10 Nos.
Educational Qualification: M.Sc. in Physics/ Electronics with first division with NET.
Age Limit: Maximum 28 years
Consolidated Pay: Rs.31000 per month
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST and 03 years for OBC category.
The fellowship is purely on Temporary basis for a period of Two (02) years.
The selected candidates will be posted at Solid State Physics Laboratory (SSPL), Lucknow Road, Timarpur, Delhi/ SMRC Cell, Hyderabad.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of candidates will be through Interview/ Online Selection at Solid State Physics Laboratory (SSPL), Lucknow Road, Timarpur, Delhi- 110054.
