1. RESEARCH SCIENTIST – II (MEDICAL)
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos. (UR)
Educational Qualification: Post Graduate degree (MD/ MS/ DNB) with 01 year R&D/ teaching experience or Post Graduate diploma in medical subjects with 02 years R&D/ teaching experience in the required subject from recognized university
OR
MBBS degree or equivalent degree from recognized university with 04 years R&D/ teaching experience in the required subject after MBBS degree.
OR
BDS/ B.V.Sc & AH degree with 05 years R&D/ teaching experience in the relevant subject after BDS/ B.V.Sc degree.
Desirable: i) MD in the relevant subject from a recognized university for candidates with first class relevant degree.
ii) Additional Post doctoral research / training experience in relevant subjects in recognized institute.
iii) Knowledge of Computer Application or Business Intelligence tools / Data Management.
Age Limit: Below 40 years.
Consolidated Pay: Rs.75,000/- per month.
2. LABORATORY TECHNICIAN
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos. (UR)
Educational Qualification: B.Sc/ Intermediate with diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology or High School with 05 years Lab experience.
Age Limit: Below 30 years.
Consolidated Pay: Rs.25,000/- per month.
The vacancies are under the project entitled “Regional Virus Research & Diagnostic Laboratory (VRDL)” under ICMR-National Institute of Cholera & Enteric Diseases (NICED). The candidates will be appointed on Temporary basis.
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST and 03 years for OBC category. Ex-Serviceman & Others, if any — As per Govt. norms.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of candidates will be through Interview.
