Candidates have to apply online only through the www.rfcl.co.in website.

Candidates must have a valid email ID as it is mandatorily required for registration for online applications. Candidates are advised to keep their mobile as well as their e-mail ID number, fill in their online application form, active for at least one and a half years from the cut-off date. E-mail ID cannot be changed once submitted.

Upon successful payment of the prescribed fee and submission of the online application form, the system-generated Registration/ Acknowledgement Slip will appear on the computer screen. Candidates must print out it for future correspondence. All the verification will be done in due course.
