Educational Qualification: i) Higher Secondary Passed with Physics, Chemistry & Biology/ Mathematics.
ii) Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT) / Diploma in Laboratory Techniques (DLT) OR Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (BMLT) OR Post Graduate Degree or Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (M.Sc.in MLT/PGDMLT)
iii) Working knowledge of Computers.
Desirable: i) Six months post qualification experience in the testing of blood and or preparation of blood components in case of candidates having Degree /Post Graduate Degree or Post Graduate Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (M.Sc. in MLT/PGDMLT/BMLT) and ii) One year’s post qualification experience in the testing of blood and or preparation of blood components in case of candidates having Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology / Diploma in Laboratory Techniques (DMLT/DLT)

Desirable: One year experience in Blood Banking Counseling.
Age Limit: Maximum-40 years
Consolidated Pay: Rs.13,220/- per month.
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST and 03 years for OBC category.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of the candidates will be through Written Test, Academics, Post Qualification Experience and Personal Interview. Written Examination will be conducted on 27/12/2016 and 29/12/2016 for counselor post in the Administrative Building at ground floor Auditorium Hall, R G Kar Medical College & Hospital.
